Mary Chugg always signs her work in her maiden name Mary Cooper. She has lived in North Devon since early childhood. She qualified at Bath Academy of Art and then taught art for 18 years. In 1973 she became the proprietress of an antique shop from which she 'retired' in 1995. She has exhibited annually with the Westward Ho! Art Society since 1956. more...
