An artistic image is the result of layers of process between ‘reality / idea’ and object. Interfaces between looking, interpreting, materials, etc. result in the finished object.
A created object solely existing to be looked at, contemplated, perceived and experienced; and which can stimulate insights or questions, is a valid object. It has its origins in the roots of human perception and observation. It can help identify person and place.
My art practices are painting, digital design, video and sound, with support from photography and drawing. I also produce some websites and print material, and am involved in some community art projects.

I feel inspired to create here. I am producing work for myself (exploring my personal vision) and applying art & design to commercial projects. I always aim to produce work of a high standard for myself or client, which has a sound structure and unique qualities.
I have always had an impulse to communicate through image and signage, and use multi media. I like to push techniques, materials and myself to see what can be achieved and improved...
