I grew up during the 60s in the Lancashire seaside town of Lytham St Annes. I now live in the beautiful rugged seaside village of Combe Martin in North Devon.
I look at life with gentle humour, using caricature as my favourite form of representation. The greatest influence in my life have been the presence of the Great British holiday makers making the most of the summer regardless of our unpredictable weather.
Artists I admire who have cleverly caught us all in a humourus light, such as Donald Mc Gill with his naughty postcards and Beryl Cook with her wonderful sense of fun.
In most of my work I use Acrylic and Gouche on wood and canvas. More work is in progress and will be added to the gallery shortly.
Pease feel free to make any enquires and thank you for taking the time to view my gallery. I hope you like what you see!
