Sue uses the medium of glass to make a variety of items by kiln firing or flameworked processes.   Her work can be found at the Appledore Craft Gallery (www.appledorecraftscompany.co.uk) and 14 The Gallery (www.14thegallery.co.uk).   

Artist's Statement

Sue enjoys experimenting with the hues and iridescence that can be obtained by combining various glass colours.  In her jewellery items she explores the striking dichroic glass with silver and uses the technique of flameworking to produce her distinct glass beads.
