I have been making fine stringed musical instruments since 1990. I use only the finest quality tonewoods and inlay materials, and I pay great attention to ethical and renewable sourcing. I take pride in producing the finest quality instruments, which are a joy to play, as well as being visually awesome. Every instrument is not only a fine concert-ready instrument, but also a work of art.
I also carry out instrument setups, repairs and restoration of stringed instruments.

I enjoy working with individual customers to produce a unique instrument that is designed to fulfill their wishes. Since my overheads are very low, I am able to do all of this at a surprisingly reasonable price.
When you are looking to buy a hand built instrument, it is always good to know who built your instrument. Mine is a workshop in which you know the instrument will have been built by me and me alone. I do not employ any staff.
I make pretty much any instrument that is made from wood and has strings. The kinds of instruments I have built so far include acoustic and electric guitars, bowed psaltries and mountain dulcimers. |
