Original work can be seen at the Waterside Gallery in Instow, the Little Gallery, Bideford, the Quay Gift Shop in Appledore and Chapel Farm, Croyde. Alison has held solo exhibitions at the Landmark Theatre, Ilfracombe and at the Queen’s Theatre, Barnstaple. She is Publicity Officer for North Devon Arts and an Exhibiting Member and Secretary to the Westward Ho! & Bideford Art Society. She is also an associate of the Torrington Arts co-operative, 14 The Gallery and the Art Coop at Gallery 39 in Barnstaple. Alison has recently completed a Degree in Fine Art and has been experimenting with knitting, weaving and crocheting in 3D with wire and mono-filament.

Alison uses fabric, paper, thread, wire and found objects to create collages and abstract forms that hint at the familiar. Her work is largely influenced by the sea and attempts to convey its atmosphere and essence.
