Formerly a weaver of large scale rugs, I have work in Germany, London and the West Country (including Dartington Hall and The National Trust at Buckland Abbey) most of these were commissions. I took part in several large Group Exhibitions, and in the making of the Tapestry in St. Nicholas' Priory in Exeter, as well as an altar cloth in the Cathedral and a tapestry at Taunton Hospital.
Now I make jewellery, using semi-precious stones and sterling silver, the profits from sales going to support disadvantaged families in Nepal.. this is on show at Brooomhill, and on Fair Days at Buckland Abbey nr Plymouth.
I have had no formal training in Art, but have always drawn and painted, and consider it the most enjoyable thing I do.
