An exhibition of members work at South Molton Museum. The exhibition will run from Tuesday 1 October until Sunday 1 December, which is the last day of Museum opening and coincides with the Fat Stock Show, which is one of the Museum’s busiest days of the year. Preview evening on Tuesday 1 October at 1930 hours and NDA members would be welcome to attend that.

Stoke Introduces 2019 – this year we will be introducing MR GRAHAM SHORT ON SATURDAY 16 NOVEMBER AT 7.00PM, AT STOKEINTEIGNHEAD VILLAGE HALL. Graham is a world-renowned micro-artist engraver and is responsible for engraving Jane Austen’s head on four £5 notes and spending them in the four countries which make up the UK – these are now worth approx £55k! He is also responsible for engraving The Lord’s Prayer on top of a pin head and more recently engraving a poem written by the Poet Laureate on a pill measuring 22mm by 10mm.  This was commissioned by the Institute of Cancer Research and will be displayed at the Institute’s Centre for Cancer Drug Discovery when it opens next year. See The Daily Telegraph of Wednesday 14 August 2019. There are many other projects which he has undertaken, far too many to mention here, but his client list ranges from Royalty across the world to A-list celebrities.
