We are continuing with our series of Plein Air events this April and will be meeting at Chivenor.

Thursday 21st April : 10.30 am : Waterside Cafe Chivenor

If you have not joined us before, a group of us meet up for coffee, cake and a chat at a pre-arranged rendezvous, then whip out our easels, pads and drawing boards to sketch, draw or paint the surrounding areas.

So far we have met at Fremington Quay and Ilfracombe Harbour and have enjoyed clement weather but who knows what April will bring us? The warm sun may encourage out of the cafe while a sharp blast of icy wind will make us dash straight back in again!

Our location this time is the Waterside Cafe which is located right on the Tarka Trail at Chivenor with access and parking via Chivenor Business Park.

From the cafe we have the option of drawing the Tarka Trail, or the spectacular view over the River Taw, looking towards Fremington Quay and Barnstaple.

This event is free to members and non-members are welcome too. There is no need to book, just turn up and say hi!
