North Devon Arts (NDA) is an open membership group. It actively encourages and supports members, regardless of their social and ethnic backgrounds, gender, age or ability; creating open accessibility to develop their (mainly art related) interests and skills.
NDA is non-discriminatory and has a no selection process in place.
NDA provides equal opportunities for all its members, without regard to race, colour, religion, sexual orientation, age, national
origin, disability or political affiliation – except where a bona fide occupational qualification regarding a particular position applies and unless any activities are contrary to the policies and general ethos of the group.

NDA Offer Informal Advice & Support for Members
If members are in disagreement with:
- A fellow member/s.
- A gallery owner, art business, or an arts organisation.
- Or, other projects directly or indirectly involving the member and NDA.
Members should contact the NDA committee immediately, who will be able to offer help with mediation, or to assist negotiation and
arbitration between disgruntled parties, or to point the parties to a relevant professional legal adviser.
