We would love you to stay

We encourage our members to renew with us every year when their annual membership expires.

Your membership will run for exactly one year from the day you sign up.

It doesn’t matter if you don’t renew for a few days, weeks or even months, you are always welcome back and the process of renewing will be the same.

*Please note : We will keep your account active for 3 months after your membership expires. If you do not renew, or we do not hear from you within that time, your account and gallery images will be removed.

How to renew

All new and renewing memberships are handled directly through our website. It is the responsibility of the member to manage their own website account and membership subscription.

Please note: As of October 2023, the cost of an adult annual membership subscription is £30 per year.

We no longer accept cash, cheques, standing orders or bank transfers. All renewals must be carried out through the website and payment is by card only.

The website handles all aspects of your renewal including:

  • Managing payment
  • Creating payment receipts
  • Issuing your membership card
  • Enabling access to your Online Profile
  • Enabling access to your online gallery
  • Adding your email to our mailing list

Steps to renew NDA Membership

As your expiry date approaches, you will be sent a reminder email notification with instruction on how to renew. Another email is also sent three days after your expiry.

Step 1 – Login

The first step is to login to the NDA website. To do this open the NDA website in a browser and locate ‘Member’s Area’, then ‘Login’ from the drop-down menu.

You will then be taken to a page where you can enter your username and password to login.

Step 2 – Dashboard

Once logged in, please select Dashboard from the Member’s Area.

Step 3 – Manage Subscriptions

Once in the Dashboard you will see another menu on the left-hand side. Please select Manage Subscription.

Step 4 – Current subscription status

Clicking on the Manage Subscription link takes you to the Manage Subscription page which will give you information on your subscription status.

• If your current subscription is still active, you will need to delete it first, before you can purchase a new one.

• If your subscription has expired, you will see a purple button which is the starting point to renew your membership.


Step 5 – Purchase a new annual subscription

A pop-up will appear asking if your are sure you wish to continue – click YES.

You will now redirected to a page that has the buy-now button. Click on Buy Now to continue.

Step 6 – payment stage

The next step is the payment page where you can pay for your renewal.

Payment methods

We no longer accept cash, cheques, standing orders or bank transfers. All renewals must be carried out through the website and payment is by debit or credit card only.

What happens if I don’t renew?

Once your membership expires, your profile and gallery images will automatically be removed from the website (Not deleted, just excluded). Access to the Artists’ Dashboard will be limited.

As soon as you renew, your profile, images and access will be returned.

What happens if I don’t want to be a member anymore?

If you do not want to renew your membership, you do not need to do anything. No payment will be taken and your membership will not be automatically renewed.

Your profile and gallery images will remain on the system for three months at which point we will contact you to confirm your status.

If you tell us you do not intend to return then your profile, gallery images and website account will be deleted.
